Tonight we dined at a Mexican restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan owned by a Cambodian who grew up in America. Now there's a new twist on the idea of international eating.
The food was good.

Soooo, how did it compare to Taco Bueno?
It was good. They used very fresh ingredients kind of like a Chipotle or Qdoba grill. Almost like a subway of Mexican food. You pick what you want (taco, burrito, etc.) and then choose your meat and toppings. Yummy!
Mark that on the list for us to visit next summer. What was the name of this Cambodian/American owned Mexican Resturant? Too funny!
