update

The last two months had been so quite that I didn't have anything to post on our blog.

Last week, Chloe was sick and we were in the hospital for a few days. Nothing really very serious she just has a problem with seizures when she has a fever. She had a fever last week and a seizure on the way to the doctor. She is fine, though. The fever was from a urinary tract infection but we had to stay in the hospital until her fever went away. That took four days!

We are home now and all is well. The doctor is going to run a test in a few weeks just to make sure she does not have any kidney or bladder problems that would have caused the infection. Remember Chloe during your quiet times that the tests are normal.

Also, in case I forgot to mention it earlier- we found out that we are having another girl! In December, we leave to go to a bigger city to have the baby. Our doctor thought it would be best to deliver in the larger city because of the complications that I had when Chloe was born. We will be there about a month and then return home for two months.

We plan on returning to the states in April.

See you all soon.

As in, returning to the States for good or going back overseas at some point? Glad to hear you all are doing well! And another girl -- fun, fun! We'll add Chloe to our prayer list -- Doug and I are actually in a new Life Group now. We took the position of directors for the newest Nearly/Newly Married Life Group, and it is awesome so far. Only three weeks into it and we have almost 30 people on Sunday mornings! Thanks for the update -- I was beginning to wonder about you guys...;)

If you don't deliver "Ava" early, she won't really be very old by the time you get back here. I'm getting really excited...I kept saying you would be back in May...Glad it's earlier than later..I know you have bitter-sweet thoughts when thinking of leaving. I still think of our trip and how we fell in love with your adopted country. God willing, I may get to go back sometime.

Another girl! How wonderful! I can't wait to see you all when you get home in April. Time will fly by til then, but probably not fast enough for your mom.
I will think about Chloe and her fevers. And think about you & Jeff & baby #2.
Love you,
Auntie Di
